Shipping Policy

Delivery area

Shire Rings currently ships orders to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not currently offer international delivery.

Production time

Most Shire Rings products are individually handcrafted and made to order. Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for your ring to be made before it is dispatched.

This timescale is an estimate. Particularly complex or personalised designs may take longer. If a different production time applies, this will be stated on the product page or discussed with you before work begins.

Delivery service

Completed orders are sent using a tracked Royal Mail service. Tracking information will be provided when your order has been dispatched.

Delivery charges are shown during checkout before payment is completed.

Delivery times begin once production is complete and the order has been dispatched. Weekends and UK bank holidays may affect delivery times.

Delivery address

Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible through the Contact page at shirerings.com.

We will try to amend the address if the order has not been dispatched, but changes cannot be guaranteed once it has entered the Royal Mail network.

Delays and missing parcels

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed for reasons outside our control. If your tracking information has not updated or your parcel has not arrived within the expected time, please contact us and we will help investigate it with Royal Mail.

Your order remains our responsibility until it has been delivered to you or to someone you have nominated to receive it.

Damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Keep the item and its packaging and provide photographs of the parcel, packaging and damage where possible.
